Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By installing and using Sintonia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Sintonia is a media player. It organizes and plays content from lists (Xtream or M3U) that you or your provider configure. We do not provide channels, movies, series or lists.

3. Your content and your responsibility

You alone are responsible for the content you play and must have the right to watch it. Using the app to access content unlawfully is prohibited. Your relationship with your provider is solely between you and them.

4. Demo mode

With no list, the app shows free sample content (Blender Foundation under CC-BY and public domain works), credited to their authors.

5. Trial and license

A device may have a 7-day trial. After it, the app asks for activation. The license is obtained from your provider, outside the app: there are no purchases or prices inside the app.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not try to copy, modify or reverse engineer the app.
• Do not use the app to overload or attack our servers.
• Do not share your activation in a way that bypasses the license.

7. Availability

We work to keep the app running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Content depends on your provider server, which we do not control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for third-party content, for failures of your provider server or for indirect losses. This does not remove rights the law guarantees to consumers.

9. Intellectual property

The app, brand and design are ours. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Movie data and images belong to their owners.

10. Termination

We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms. You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your data.

11. Governing law

These terms follow Brazilian law. The venue is the consumer’s place of residence.
